  • TRAILGRAZE 2025

    Tasting Trail Tasmania’s annual TrailGraze Dinner celebrates the best of North and North West Tasmania - exceptional local produce, bold flavours, and expertly paired drinks.

    In 2025, Lilly joined Jo Barrett (2024 Good Food Chef of the Year) and MC & Wine and Drinks journalist Max Veenhuyzen, to create a night of incredible food, fine drinks, and great company.

  • TRAILGRAZE 2024 + 2023

    In 2023, Lilly served as a TrailGraze ambassador, creating seasonal recipes that showcased local produce and featured in a souvenir recipe book available across the region’s farmgates.

    In 2024, Lilly co-curated the inaugural TrailGraze Dinner at Spreyton Cider Co., alongside chef Palisa Anderson and beverage expert Mike Bennie. Together, they crafted a vibrant, produce-led menu highlighting offerings from all 32 Tasting Trail producers, celebrating the region’s exceptional food and beverage culture.
